  1. I've worked for shitty bosses, both men and women. Guys can be absolute fuckwits, BUT, you can break down the barrier if you try look at shit from their perspective or find something in common... Whereas, a horrible female boss is SO stubborn, if you try apologizing, or try making friends with the, then they think you're trying to "trick them", and become twice as horrible.

  2.  @5roundsrapid263 . Spot on. Women take things to the extreme when they try fill a "man's" role... Not that they shouldn't be bosses, they just don't understand the nuances of power and authority.
