@zhangjao6328 you shouldn't be swerving at all. If you see an obstruction on the road, you slow down. You don't try speed through it like an obstacle course.

@dralord1307 my position is due to the fact that I DO understand physics. Are you claiming that to avoid collision you're supposed to 'accelerate' rather than slow down? Kinda goes against Newton's 3rd law...

@dralord1307 I drive country roads every night, and still have enough time to slow down. Even though I'm usually driving well over the limit, because my Subaru is a beast. And we don't have ANY street lights. This happened in a city. Your vision should be far greater compared to country roads. And from the video, the place was lit up quite well.

@dralord1307 and that was hardly a curve, it's a multi lane highway. Look up dirt-road racing, where you have 50m front view tops.
