  1. Well technically, that's correct. The genetic mutation for Red Hair occured in Northern Europe 10,000 years ago, and is only found in those areas. So yes, they are an ethnic minority. I 'believe' it was the HERC2 gene? Am probably not correct though, maths is my thing, not biology...
