@dust4546 you're incorrect. If you're white man living in America or Australia, you're probably more likely to get skin cancer. You only need 12 minutes sun during winter, or 8 minutes of sun during summer. And more than that is BAD for you. Including for your eyes, as well as skin.

@scudrunner79 half an hour is technically too much. If you get that in the late afternoon, it's ok. But half an hour of mid-day sun is enough for sunburn.

@dust4546 you hsould wear long sleeve shirt and wide hat. Australians have the best saying for sun safety: "slip, slop, slap" Slip on a shirt, slop on sunscreen, and slap on a hat.
