  1. That is such a silly argument. 1945 - 2019 is a blink of time compared to the thousands of years worth of warfare. Hitler would have used nukes, and the growth of nuclear weapons only increases the chance that another crazed ruler will use them.

Expand either of those variables (Time or capable nations) + actual history of total warfare, and somebody will eventually launch a nuke in anger.

  5. The concept of MAD is so wrong. 60+ years since no nuclear attack cannot stack up against thousands of years worth of crazed Warlords, who would've used a nuke without a second thought... Imagine handing those weapons over to Alexander, or Attila, and expecting restraint - let alone more recent Warlords, such as Hitler or even Mugabe.
