  1. He can afford fancy offset wheels and big off road tires but can't afford to fix the broken/worn out stuff. Some people's priorities annoy me.

  2. I dunno... I might turn this one away if they're unwilling to fix the issues. I don't like doing Band-Aid jobs in case something happens down the road. Don't need someone coming back and saying they wrecked their truck because I did work on it and said it was safe.
