  1. @6:05... Most OEM wheels are lug-centric. That's why the lug nut seat is tapered... To pull the wheel into position. It's rare to find hub-centric OEM wheels. @11:30... To open those up, put the tail in a bench vice and then pull. That will open it up. @23:00... I'd drill those mounting holes out a little and use Rivnuts in the holes.
