@4:18... I use the aluminum can trick. You probably know it, but for those that don't... Cut the top and bottom off an aluminum can. Then cut from top to bottom to give you a thin sheet of aluminum. Wrap it around the crankshaft (you may need two cans worth) and then slide the seal over the aluminum. This keeps the lip from folding inwards. Once the seal is started, pull the aluminum out. @10:35... You need a blind hole puller. They're not very expensive. Also, I'd like to note that I've been in this business for 30 years and the last few years have gotten really bad with getting the wrong parts. I blame this on parts stores not increasing pay to match inflation. If you don't pay for skilled labor, you get unskilled workers. Unskilled works might help the bottom line in the short term, but when it starts to cost you market share, you lose in the long term. These mega corporations don't care about long term because their shareholders only care about the share price and profits for THIS quarter. 'Murica!
