  1. It shouldn't be possible to get 8 DUI's. I think the 5th one should result in a life sentence. If you get 5, you clearly have no regard for the public and are a hazard to the public. You no longer deserve to be a member of free society.

  3. I give props to most cops who don't lose their shit on suspects on a daily basis. People don't realize the restraint it takes to deal with people like this on a daily basis and not beat the crap out of them. Remember when you were little and a sibling would hold a finger 1/2" away from you face while saying, "I'm not touching you, can't get mad, I'm not touching you"... That's what these guys deal with EVERY DAY.

  15. These are the kinds of calls that police should respond to only as back-up to a social worker. Cops aren't social workers. A social worker would have asked her if she takes medication for any mental health issues and would have asked if she's been taking her meds. She should be taken to a hospital, not jail. That doesn't mean she shouldn't be charged with arson, it just means that she'd get treatment for her issues while waiting to be tried. Obviously, arresting her isn't working as she had just been arrested the week before.

  20. Been riding sportbikes for 30 years. So tired of seeing new riders (assupmtion based on him being on a 2 cylinder bike, probably a 300) end up like this. There's so much "don't stop" and "fuck the police" in the FB sportbike groups now that new riders think that's the thing to do. It's fucking sad.

  23. Your experience with cops has been horrible probably because you act a fool every time you encounter them. He also hasn't learned to remain silent. He admitted to multiple felonies, which means now the DA doesn't need to bother proving them. Also, as a motorcycle rider myself, I learned a long time ago to never ride angry (and never listen to Rob Zombie while riding).

  26. I really don't get it. He ran cause he's "on paper" (probation/parole)? So, instead of stopping and taking the ticket for expired plate and no insurance/license, which would likely not get him violated, he runs, destroys his truck (which is likely not yet paid for and not covered by insurance), gets injured (probably has no health insurance), and gets charged with a felony and violated. These people (not a racial reference) clearly lack any ability to think more than 5 minutes into the future.
