  1. Keep handing out building permits like candy. Know when there wasn't a water level issue? Back in the 90's when Clark County had 800k residents, not 3M like we do today.

  3.  @danschrute5646  Both things are contributing to the low water levels. It's pretty ridiculous to say the drought is contributing but nearly quadrupling the number of residents in Clark County isn't.
