Here's my question... Why was there so much pedestrian traffic across that bridge? Where was that pedestrian traffic routed before the bridge? With the bridge carrying that many pedestrians, was a a civil engineering study not conducted to estimate the amount of foot traffic that would be using it? Looks severely over capacity.
