  1. Read the First Amendment before you comment on it. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". The First says "Congress shall make no law". Nowhere does it say you have an absolute right to free speech. If it did say that, there would be no such thing as slander or libel and you could yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater.
