  1. I've heard (possibly incorrect) that they're grandfathering the Beta users at $99 a month once speeds improve and prices inevitably increase. BTW, I just heard you say prices may go down. That's possible if Starlink stays private. If the IPO goes through though, prices will go up because shareholders demand "profit growth" quarterly. I personally hate when companies go public. Most shareholders know absolutely nothing about the companies they invest in. They just wanna see the price go up. This drives increases in prices and decreases in quality.
