  1. Driven a lot of Supras and I really do not like single turbo cars. To make the kind of power that makes these fun requires a large enough turbo that lag is a serious factor. I drove one example that had 1200HP and up until about 3500 rpm, a stock NA Supra was quicker. When it hit 3500 rpm, it was like someone flipped a switch and the car immediately was bouncing off the limiter and making a bunch of tire smoke. The big twin Supras I've driven were so much nicer to drive. They drove like NA big displacement motors. That's the route I'd go if i ever built my own. Probably never happen though. So many other cars I'd rather have for $50k.
