  1. We're out here already. We mostly work at independent shops (chain shops don't pay enough) or we're master techs (not line techs) at dealerships.

  2. The good ones use torque wrenches. I have a 1/2", 3/8" and a 1/4". All electronic, with a zeroing function and the ability to measure in degrees, not just torque.
