I like the SSR, but prefer the Trailblazer SS. Same drivetrain, more room and not much more weight. The SSR is a bit heavier than it looks. I had a RWD TBSS with 400whp and loved it. The SSR is what the Prowler should have been. Andrey, there was one other convertible truck... the Dodge Dakota. Nice ones are hard to find though as most were daily driven and used like trucks. Also, if you're really looking for one, a dealer here in Vegas, Baja Motors, has 3 for sale. They have a 2006 with 47k miles and the 3SS pkg. It's and auto though and has 47k miles. It's overpriced at $35k, but you might be able to negotiate.

@seanthornton726 I always wondered why oranges don't taste like apples.

@seanthornton726 Facts... The SSR is a retro styled, rwd convertible. The Prowler is a retro styled, rwd convertible. The SSR is quicker despite being heavier because is has a powerful V8. The Prowler could have been considerably faster, had it had a V8. Those are facts.

@seanthornton726 Quicker is quicker. I don't know what you're trying to argue. SSR is also it's own design. Nothing else looks like it.

@seanthornton726 Remember those old TV ads... "I coulda had a V8"? That.

@seanthornton726 I think the person with the mental issue is the one trying to tell someone that their opinion is wrong.

@seanthornton726 Well, that's your opinion, and unlike you, I understand what an opinion is. You have every right to love the Prowler. I think it would have been 100x better with another 100 HP. For my money, I'll take a 6-spd 6.0 SSR every time.
