  2.  @christianh5826  HOA's inspectors can not enter private property for enforcement. They can take picture from the sidewalk, but they can not legally be on private property, only community property or public property. I'm VP of my HOA specifically to protect homeowner's right. I was tired of unreasonable rules so I ran for VP and won.
