  1. Another point you didn't address is the fact that Hydrogen LOVES to bond with other elements and as such, s=does not occur alone anywhere in nature. We therefore have to manufacture Hydrogen by separating it out of a molecule. This requires energy that may come from a renewable source, or may not. This adds to the carbon footprint of Hydrogen, making it less clean.
