  1. According to TFL (they have a Mach-E premium awd and a Model Y performance), the Mach-E and Model Y are within 100Lbs of each other according to the door jamb stickers (Model Y is the heavier). I don't think the Model Y or the Mach-E are SUV's. They're station wagons. The manufacturer's marketing departments just don't like that word.

  2.  @4literv6  Obviously, a bigger battery weighs more. My point was they they're comparable vehicles (both have the same size battery) and the Model Y is heavier, if only by a tiny fraction.

  3.  @4literv6  I'm not debating which vehicle is better. I'm only correcting a statement about the Mach-E probably weighing more. No where in my comment did I say anything about either being better.
