  2. I'm from Boston and my father was a general contractor and heavily involved in real estate all over New England. I also was a cadet at the New York Military Academy, the same school Trump attended. I've been hearing stories about him since I was a teenager. One of my teachers at NYMA was a cadet with Trump. He said he was a bully in school and was promoted quickly because of his name. This started my disgust for him. My conservative friends have only known about Trump for 10 years. I've known about him for almost my whole life.

  6. I feel bad for that lawyer, trying to defend the indefensible. These aren't her policies, but she has to either defend them or quit. You could tell she didn't really believe what she was saying.

  7. Poor people also pay a good percentage of their income in late fees on things like utilities, rent, car payments, etc... If it wasn't for poor people, pay day loan stores would all close. Poor people have to take short term loans at 400% interest to keep from paying that $200 late fee on their rent. I was poor once and I remember being constantly hit with exorbitant fees that made it even harder to get ahead to where I wouldn't pay my bills late. I remember one time I was late on my power bill. I was going to pay it with my next paycheck (about $220/wk after taxes). Well, they turned me off one day before I got paid. When I went there to pay and get my power turned back on, they had added a $120 re-connection fee. These are the things poor people deal with that keep them poor.

  10. "I'm not trying to be political"... Uh, yes you are. There's no reason to not wear a mask other than politics. Everyone who refuses to wear a mask does so because of politics. Even if the masks were useless, wearing one does no harm. Therefore, there is no real reason not to wear one.
