  1. I'm just happy when my package actually makes it. I shipped a 3 year old Gary Fisher bike by UPS. I even paid for the extra insurance. After 2 weeks, it still hadn't arrived at it's destination. I filed a report and waited 30 days. Then I filed a claim. Even though I showed UPS the eBay listing where I sold the bike for $1000 and I purchased $1000 in insurance, they didn't want to pay me because I couldn't produce a receipt from the store I purchased it from 3 years ago proving it was worth $1000. Had to have my attorney send them a letter explaining their own insurance policy to them.
