There are only about a zillion books, research articles, studies, and films about WW2, pre WW2 and what led up to it, and post WW2, the aftermath, and how it changed the world. Why are you blaming your schools? There is only enough time in school for an introduction to any subject, even in college. Grad school only gives you an in-depth look into the one aspect of the subject you are researching. If you think something is important to know, you must take it upon yourself to learn it. You are so lucky to also have the internet where uou can share first hand knowledge w ppl all over the world. You can also travel to other countries and learn from their ppl and resources.   3. ​ @victorsamsung2921 not necessarily. Most resources are translated into English. It's not for the privilege of Americans, but bc English is a universal language mainly due to colonialism. At one time the British Empire covered a large portion of the world and their language spread w their influence. Remember, it was ppl from Europe and the UK who settled the US.

  4. ​ @johnyoung9976  We learned about BoNO, 1814, and the Bismark WW2 May 1941 (America), etal, from popular songs back in the day. Probably the best way to learn history bc decades later I still know all the lyrics.
