  2. Oh. The penny drops! Maybe we can get something done now that ppl are realizing (and ADMITTING) that all homeless ppl aren't mentally ill or addicts and that we've been trained to not care about unemployed, children, elders, disabled, anybody over 40 or so w college degrees, as well as all the migrants y'all are going to have to support. Then we still need decent institutions and professional staff to take care of our mentally ill and addicts.
