I'm usually inclined to argue that we should try a little harder to understand Russia's viewpoint and try to hammer out our differences diplomatically and find common goals that we can work towards together. However, if this turns out to be true, this is the kind of thing that I would be willing to fight over. If Russia is posting bounty on our soldiers then they are engaging in an act of war, and the price for that kind of belligerence should be high.
