@ariesgirl9592 Yeah, I didn't see a good reason. I was wondering if I was missing something. When a cop pulls me over he usually just walks up to the window and asks me if I knew I was speeding or that my plates were expired. Before I made the obvious assumptions I wanted to see if somebody knew something I didn't.
