I doubt it will matter what the world will support.

I'd say that the odds are pretty good that it would not be much worse.

I suppose there is always a shadow of a doubt. But I'm quite comfortable saying that the loss of a hundred years of medicinal knowledge is not a prize worth allowing the horrific medical experimentation carried out be the Nazis during their regime. It's not just a matter of counting corpses. We cannot allow for rounding up groups of people to be used as guinea pigs now and if one could prevent it from occurring in the past then they would have the same level of moral obligation to do so as they would for preventing it from occurring in the present. Besides that, this isn't the only argument for attempting to prevent the Third Reich from ascending under the historical leadership.

You are correct in saying that that there is no guaranty that it would have been better. However, considering how bad it got, I believe it more likely to have been better than to have been worse.

Some of our voters appreciate a business sensitivity and backed Trump because he's a "Businessman". Unfortunately they made a poor business decision — purchasing an undefined product they've never seen based solely on the promise of the person selling it. Having said this, I really do sympathize with folks who can't afford the premiums on their currently purchased policies. I would respectively suggest that that is not the kind of problem salesmen like Trump and the Republican Congressmen are likely to fix.

I'm concerned about the welfare of the people of Iran and I'm very nervous about movements that start in the countryside. I think they are more likely to succeed in toppling a government. I also think they're more likely to replace it with something worse. I hope this settles down before more people get hurt and I hope that what the government learns from these protests actually leads to better policies.
