@phurian_6560 Actually the entire population of mainland China wants to see reunification. The people of China believe that they are no longer weak and they feel that their disadvantages vis--vis Taiwan's potential allies are steadily diminishing. At some point the people of China will demand that the government makes a move.

@derHallen You sound like every other naysayer that's been rooting for China's demise over the last three decades. China's always on the verge of collapse. Don't believe me, ask Gordon Chang. A handful of protesters in cities with populations of millions don't a revolution make, even if your completely dismissive of the allegations of paid participation. The Chinese people support their government and they long for the reunification of their country. If you don't want to believe it, that's your perogative. It doesn't change reality.
