@AuroraSone Infrastructure can bring opportunity. In fact it's crucial for a country that wants to advance economically to have good roads, rails, and ports. The catch is that infrastructure has to be maintained. And while it's relatively easy to borrow money to build infrastructure, it's nearly impossible to finance its maintenance. So if you're going to borrow to build something, you need to make sure you have a reliable funding source to maintain it. Otherwise you'll end up owing money on something you can't use.

@hongweiyu2352 Modi is anything but a wise man, but all countries need to take a sober approach to investments from China or any other country. Is the investment as valuable as the strings attached? Can a country reasonably expect to pay back the debt? What is likely to happen if the debt becomes delinquent? Can those consequences be weathered? Is this deal genuinely in the interest of the people?
