I've read his book, "On China", which is one of, if not the best, assessments of the modern U.S.-China relationship in the English language lexicon. I understand Dr. Kissinger's checkered history. I never claimed that he was a saint. But the man understands China. He also understands the risks associated with the ideologically driven confrontational stance that those of us in the west who do not either understand or respect China are wholeheartedly embracing. As for who should educate whom, go back to school.
