@nikw3026 Your analysis is not correct. Labor, like anything else, is priced by demand, not by difficulty. Some jobs are in high demand partly because of their difficulty, others because of their tedium, and others because of their risk. Some jobs are in high demand because social structures only allow those with special connections or special characteristics into that line of work.
