  1.  @blondey3261  but none of this is true. personally, I'm not vegan because I'm an omnivore. all humans are omnivores. that being said, there are proteins and other minerals that you need that only come from meat. more specifically beef organs. I'm on the ketovore diet because it's medically necessary for me due to my health issues. I'm not able to eat a lot of vegetables. only certain kinds that aren't root vegetables or contain any sugar. did you know that peas corn and carrots are sugar vegetables? potatoes break down into sugar. it appears there's a whole lot of things you don't know about the human diet. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis. I couldn't be vegan even if I wanted to. unintelligent vegans really like you really piss me off. if you want to eat like a rabbit, more power to you. but you have no idea what anyone else is going through so it would probably be best if you just keep it to yourself. further, not only are eggs extremely healthy for you their shells are as well. if you want answers about how humans should eat I recommend watching any YouTube video by dr. Ken Berry or Dr Eric Berg. and please stop trying to shame anyone into being vegan.
