Louisiana is a red state with a very tight blue section that encompasses essentially nothing more than New Orleans. the rest of the state is 100% unadulterated red. who gives a s*** if they have a Democratic governor. Manchin and Sinema proved that that D means nothing. might be a good idea if you'd actually learn something before you comment.
