  1. We have a massive problem in coastal areas. Across from me there was a rented house and it was sold. The new owner evicted the tenant and it is now a holiday let with sometimes vile people staying there who cause nuisance parking and other problems. Average rents here are £1200 A month for a 3 bed. He charges £800 A WEEK on average....greedy bar stewards. Locals get NOTHING.
