  1. I blame the unrestricted explosion of crap food takeaways etc on every corner open almost 24 hours selling largely unhealthy i.e. nutritionally poor food. Too much salt, fat, sugar. AND given the hours people have to work, expensive gyms, the lack of education on this subject and stress of an overpopulated country it's NO surprise people sit in front of the tv. AND what about people on coke and other speed drugs etc who are skinny BUT are addicts.
