  1. Deaths from pure neglect. My sister went to a pharmacy directed there from contacting NHS 111. She told the woman behind the counter her symptoms (problem with thumb joint) who relayed them to the actual pharmacist who wouldn't even come and look. He said it's a sprain and they told her to buy a support for £15 (she is entitled to free prescriptions btw). It did nothing and after 5 weeks of run around AND a trip to the GP and referral for an x ray it turns out she has arthritis. She is now paying for private healthcare. FORCED into it AND she's a tax payer....this country is doomed
