  1. We had an exceptionally clever maths teacher in our college. One Chinese student asked for extra tuition to get herself into a good uni. He obliged with lunchtime support. Next thing he's out on his ear and we weren't told why. We couldn't believe he'd been inappropriate...he'd taught there for years and with excellent results and no problems.
