Brown skin is not suited to the NORTHERN hemisphere...there- solved it...btw in the 1990s the school exclusions stats in London were so telling that they made great effort not to exclude children and set up 'sin bins'....or just ignored the bad behaviour and then decided to blame the classroom teacher...
