  1. There is nothing better than traditional church music ....the likes of Haydn, Mozart, Bach and Vivaldi wrote some brilliant works. And Allegri's Miserere brings tears to people's eyes....these emotions brought on by such works are not easily controlled...THIS is our marvellous culture and should be celebrated at EVERY opportunity....

  2. We did ours on Saturday night. We also sang Pergolesi/Durante's Magnificat which has a line about 'He' helping Israel....more power to 'His' elbow if you ask me....
