Like I keep saying these people just don’t understand how much money tourists bring onto the island and if it wasn’t for tourists most local businesses including cafes, bars and beach side shops would go under as I can guarantee you that the locals certainly wouldn’t go out every day eating or drinking. Yes it would mean locals would be able to buy properties but these islands would just end up like a 1970’s wet November weekend in Skegness with no one about and business not surviving.
