If someone say a survival expert or a Heath and safety expert or a member of a mountain rescue team came up to you and said “yes you can jump go this cliff it’s perfectly safe to do so, noting going to happen to you, we have done all the checks” would you just go and do it with out first making sure yourself eh? No I wouldn’t either and I would fire a gun film set or not for any reason unless I had had the proper training and check what it has been loaded with first regardless of how good the weapon safety official was or how many certificates they had It doesn’t mattered who hands you a weapon it’s your ultimate responsibility in the end to make sure it’s not loaded with live rounds unless you want it to be as your the one going to fire it.
