Having your seat belts is all well and good, but this happened so suddenly and the aircraft FELL out of the sky 1.14 miles (and NOT smoothly like landing ) in under 3 mins while cabin crew were serving breakfast. People would have had their tray tables down and hot drinks and food about and other debris flying about. I mean even if you have your seatbelt on there is still going to a lot of debris flying around more so at mealtimes and with people having tray tables down that’s not gonna help either. Yes keep your belt on when seating but it won’t always stop you getting injured you know. I mean you can never tell when it’s gonna happen and theirs always going to be people moving about or cabin crew moving about.
