Trouble is he won’t ever be Prime Minister, don’t matter how bad the Conservative party is. Votes will be spilt between Labour and the Liberals and you won’t get enough votes to win that the problem.

So you want a crappy electoral process like the USA do you, where votes are counted and recounted and recounted over and over and it takes several months to find out who’s won First past the post is the best way to elect your local MP, after all he/she who get the most votes by the people who voted is the winner and the part who get the majority or seats is elected the winning party, It can’t be any more simple. What we need is like Australian where is is illegal not to vote and therefore ever electable voter actually votes and we get 100% of the voting public actually voting, that way we get the correct results.

@alisdairmclean8605 3 people stand for MP in you’re area MP 1 get 75% of the votes from those that bother to vote MP 2 get 20% of the votes MP 3 get 5% of the votes So MP1 wins as the majority of the voter that voted want them as their MP And the party that get the most MP’s in Parliament win and the leader of that party becomes PM Do tell me how that’s wrong eh?
