  1. I don't think Mr. Adani violated the law. He got himself into trouble by soliciting 16 % subscription to his 27.01.2023 FPO from the Abu Dhabi Royal Family owned IHC, after having acquired HAIFA Port. Jewish people are very powerful and they deeply dislike Arab Sheikhs. Now that the FPO is cancelled and GQG lead by Mr. Rajiv Jain has helped out, there is no danger.
