  1. No, I don't think he was underutilised or overutilised. The groundwork for polarisation is done by Amit Malviya's employees. The magnitude of positive reception of discourses by people like Mr. Yogi depends on the extent of success of Amit Malviya and RSS workers. BJP makes survey of such success and allots campaign time to such speakers based on the results of such surveys.
