I humbly request the Hon'ble Prime Minister to use the correct definition of आमदनी as the total GST and other revenue earned by each State Government and of खर्चा as the State expenditure of each State; and then to calculate which States ruled by which parties are indulging in आमदनी अठन्नी खर्चा रुपैया and which States ruled by which parties are condemned to sufferआमदनी रुपैया खर्चा अठन्नी .
