That literally means we don't have to respect majority groups plus there are literally parts of the world where it's illegal for people like this to exist and even parts of countries where it's legal ( such as the United States) where it's pretty much illegal for them to exist because of how much the population of those areas hates them like all of the South and most of the Midwest.

Also here's your reminder that being Gay is still illegal in many parts of the world and they are still unwelcomed in many spaces where they aren't. They need to come to a highly Conservative area like the one I've lived in for over 2 decades and see how much respect they get from their fellow Conservatives.
