It never been such since the coup in 2014 when the democratically chosen President(proven by numerous of western organisation) was overtaken by nationalistic crowd backed by Victoria Nuland directly. Then they went against own vital interests and started to push own russian-speaking regions with a new "agenda" and some tanks+plane bombs. The rest is a history
