  2. The Republican agenda sides more with corporations, so the donors put their money behind strong Republican and weak Democratic candidates, but either outcome they win. If the Democrat loses their race, they are guaranteed what's called "a golden parachute", meaning they land a sweet lobbyist gig or some other comfortable corporate job. History is riddled with politicians who become lobbyists, look at Howard Dean as a perfect example. There is one party, the corporate party, and they are diametrically opposed to empowering American citizens. The oligarchy wants us to be poor, dumb, unable to access healthcare, and polarized, because that's what works best for them.

  3. @Epic Sreen name Here's a list of some corporations who fund BOTH sides of the aisle, and this information is available to the public if you're not too lazy to use Google. Goldman Sachs, Comcast, AT&T, Microsoft, Honeywell International, Bank of America, and Lockheed Martin to name a few. And those happen to be the biggest corporate donors there are. Still laughing, fool?
