  1. I think the idea of trying to permanently bury this stuff is ridiculously shortsighted. If we put the same amount of money into research as we are into that facility, I bet we could come up with some great solutions so that we wouldn't even need the facility. Making this stuff so hard to access once it's in there just doesn't make sense to me given its potential.
