@jamallabarge2665 exactly. The cult of science is every bit as dogmatic as the cult of religion or the cult of political ideology. It's the type of people who view the word science as a thing as opposed to a concept. These people think that nothing exists until it is in a peer reviewed journal, as if that is creation itself, and of course what is in that journal is gospel.

Thanks for the update. I really wish they would do an updated version of this series, or maybe even just a video that explains all of the discoveries made since these videos were created.

@4philipp yup, it's so interesting how two different people can "prove" something in opposite directions, both backed by statistics, and both can sound credible.

@mdef4092 "Saplosky is letting his moral sense get in the way of data". If you think Sapolsky is letting his moral sense get in the way, then please don't listen to any longform interviews with Steven Pinker. In a short interview he can stick to a topic and come off as extremely rational but in longform interviews it becomes very clear he is a political ideologue who doesn't have nearly as much objectivity as it first might seem. Listen to his last appearance on Joe Rogan. I went to YouTube to look at a clip to see the comments and thankfully the comments were overwhelmingly pointing out how biased he is.
